STEP 1: IDENTIFY CONCERN AREAS
An Industrial Hygienist conducts a site visit to physically assess the building's exterior and
interior to determine the location of superficial mold and / or sources of mold contamination.
In addition, the project Industrial Hygienist will evaluate analytical data collected from the
pre- testing event.
STEP 2: PRE-TESTING EVENT (MOLD SCREEN)
A comprehensive microbial evaluation is performed utilizing Safety Tech, Inc.’s sampling
protocol. The microbial evaluation allows Safety Tech. Inc. to locate and identify the
absence or presence of airborne microbial contaminants. Analytical data is reviewed by
the project Industrial Hygienist and conclusions are developed. A final technical report
is compiled to include the laboratory findings, real- time test results, collected photographs
and recommendations. If a microbial amplification is present, a remediation plan (Scope of
Work) is developed and provided to the client.
